How often can I get my box?

Because we follow the developmental milestones of your little one, we offer quarterly subscriptions or one-time gift options.

What if I want to skip or reschedule a delivery?

Easy! Just log into your account and reschedule your shipment at least 10 days before the scheduled shipment.

What if I don’t like my box?

We aim to please! If you don’t like your box, please contact our customer service team right away so we can guarantee your satisfaction. We will provide return labels and full refunds if your items are returned within 10 business days.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes! We do ask that you notify us 10 days prior to your next scheduled shipment.

What if I have more than one child?

You can choose our siblings box which is made for two children per box.

What if I want to buy a gift box but I don’t know much about the child?

That’s okay! If you can just give us some general info, like age and gender, we will still create a fantastic box!

How come some of the toys in my box don’t match the age of my child?

Manufacturers typically post ages on their toys in relation to safety, not necessarily developmental milestones. Some toys for example, shape sorters, are safe for children six months or older, however your child will end up chewing on the shapes and not sorting them at six months. However, around 1 year, your child is learning to recognize different shape patterns and will enjoy the toy much more at that time.

What if an item is damaged in transit?

We will gladly accept exchanges for any items damaged in transit. To be eligible to exchange an item you must email us within 7 days of receiving your shipment and indicate which item or items were damaged. A pre-paid shipping label will then be sent to you. All damaged items must be returned within 10 business days of receiving your shipment. A replacement item will then ship to the address on file once your item is received.
